The cozy modern abode is a design-build project currently under construction with all design, full permitting, and construction done by the RBS team.

The project is a full gut renovation and addition with a completely reimagined layout to bring this modest 1963 home into modern day. Sustainability and wellness have been top of mind at all stages of the design and planning from layout conception, to building material procurement, and lighting and finish materials design and selection.
