Original long leaf pine floors and tin ceilings tell stories of a bygone era while the selectively exposed brick whispers secrets to the guests enjoying a taste of the bootleggers hard work.

The ‘Day to Night’ design aimed to create a welcoming space that was bright enough for a casual day time tasting that didn’t feel like a dark bar, but also a moody and cozy space into the late evening hours. Special attention was paid to lighting and materials that would make the the transition feel natural and guests feel relaxed enough to stay a while. Custom tile design, vintage style touches, and a bar that melds modern design with historic flavor also help tell the brand’s story of both past and present.
